Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers who purchase a subscription from Overtime Performance may cancel, pause, or modify their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle by logging into their account or contacting hunter@overtimestrips.com.

If a subscription renewal has already been processed, the order may not be cancelled once it has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Customers can manage their subscription settings directly through their customer account portal.
