Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Overtime Performance order.
Due to the personal-use nature of nasal strips, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hunter@overtimestrips.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
